A) Study Guide and Condition:

1. Study A/C Illumination light.
2. Study Audio Radio illumination light.
3. Study Glove Box illumination light.
4. Study Tray illumination light
   = Lights on and off while applying brake.
5. Study Audio Radio illumination immediately light on  When the ignition key is in On position supposed to be light off.

B) Study Guide and Cause

1. Due to LED Bulb put in the plate light as a replacement of the original bulb.

C) Diagnosis and Study Guide

1. Scan tool Check
   = no trouble code
2. Study and Check the illumination diagram.
3. Study and Check the power and the Ground terminal.The power terminal wire color is brown/black.For the Ground terminal is black wire color.

(Note all illumination light On only when the multifunction switch or Head light switch is in park light on)

1. Study The Brown/Black which is power has a Continues Power volt 2.3 volt = Abnormal.
2. Study Disconnect all part has a illumination light one by one.
3. Study Disconnect the tail light then  test by pushing the brake pedal the illumination light return to normal.
4. Study Check all lighting system at the back = The plate light has mounted a LED bulb by the owner. pull out then all lighting system return to normal function.

1.Auto repair and Study guide to Disconnect the battery negative cable and wait for at least three minutes before beginning work

2.Auto repair and Study guide to Remove the airbag module mounting bolts in Hyundai car(2EA).

3.Auto repair and Study guide to Disconnect the horn connector(A).

4.Auto repair and Study guide to Release the connector locking pin, then disconnect the driver airbag module connector(B).

Auto repair and Study guide to The removed airbag module should be stored in a clean, dry place with the pad cover face up.

5.Auto repair and Study guide to Remove the steering wheel and steering wheel column cover of Hyundai car(Refer to ST group).

6.Auto repair and Study guide to Disconnect the clock spring and horn connector, then remove the clock spring.

AUTO REPAIR AND STUDY guide to INSTALLATION

1.Auto repair and Study guide to Disconnect the battery negative cable from battery and wait for at least three minutes before beginig work in Hyundai CAr.

2.Auto repair and Study guide to Remove the ignition key from the vehicle Hyundai.

3.Auto repair and Study guide to Connect the clock spring harness connector and horn harness connector to the clock spring of Hyundai.

4.Auto repair and Study guide to Set the clock spring on neutral position and after turning the front wheels to the straight-ahead position, install the clock spring of Hyundai.

As described direction on the clock spring warning label, align the centerline with adjusting the setting mark(▶◀).

5.Auto repair and Study guide to Install the steering wheel column cover and the steering wheelof Hyundai. (Refer to ST group)

6.Auto repair and Study guide to Connect the Driver Airbag (DAB) module connector and horn connector, then install the Driver Airbag (DAB) module on the steering wheel of Hyundai.

7.Auto repair and Study guide to Secure the Driver Airbag (DAB) with the new mounting bolts of Hyundai.

Tightening torque (DAB Mounting Bolt)

: 0.8 ~ 1.1 kgf.m (7.9 ~ 10.8 Nm, 5.8 ~ 8.0 lb.ft)
